For dental practices and med spas

When patients ask ChatGPT who to see, your practice should be on the list.

Some patients now ask ChatGPT who to see. It names a few practices and skips the rest. We work to make you one it recommends: we find what's in the way, write out every fix for your web person, and check every month whether it's working. Nobody controls what AI says, so we show you the numbers instead of promising them. Your first report is free.

Free reports open in the next few days. Until then, request one by email at hello@brightnamed.com.

Sample. Fictional practice, made-up answers. Real reports ask ChatGPT through OpenAI's official service.

Sample for "Larkspur Family Dental" in Columbus, OH. We asked ChatGPT 15 patient questions, 3 times each.
PracticeHow often ChatGPT named them
Larkspur Family Dental (you)27% of answers
Northgate Dental Group62% of answers
Harborlight Dental Studio51% of answers
Copperleaf Dental Care42% of answers

First thing to fix: the phone number hidden in the website's code, (614) 555-0199, does not match the one patients see, (614) 555-0142.

ChatGPT gives patients a short list. Are you on it?

When a patient asks "best family dentist near me," ChatGPT doesn't show ten blue links. It names a handful of practices and explains why.

It can only recommend you if it can find you, read your site, and trust your details. Often it can't, for reasons nobody at the practice can see:

  • An old phone number or address still sits in your website's code, which can make ChatGPT unsure you're the same practice.
  • Your site tells AI tools they're not allowed to read it.
  • Your services and town aren't written anywhere ChatGPT reads, which can lead it to name the practice down the road instead.

These are fixable once someone points them out.

Honest note: we are just starting. We haven't sent our first report to a practice yet, so the sample on this site uses a made-up practice and made-up answers.

What your free report tells you

Wrong details come first. They are the easiest to fix, and they can send a patient to the wrong place.

  1. Wrong details

Is your name, address or phone number wrong or mixed up anywhere ChatGPT looks? For example, an old number still hidden in your website's code.

  2. How often you are named

One plain line, such as: "ChatGPT named you in about 1 of every 4 answers."

  3. Who gets named instead

Up to 3 other practices ChatGPT names most. We don't pick them. The answers do.

  4. A to-do list for your web person

Each fix is written out word for word, so the person who runs your website can copy it in.

  5. Every answer, word for word

Read exactly what ChatGPT said each time, with the links it used.

  6. How we did it

Which questions we asked, when we asked them, and how sure each number is.

How we work to get you recommended

We tell you exactly what to change, and your web person makes the change. You keep control. We never ask for your passwords.

  1. See where you stand. We ask ChatGPT 15 questions your patients ask, 3 times each, for your town. You see how often it names you, who it names instead, and what it gets wrong about you.
  2. Get the fixes. You get every fix written out word for word: your correct details in the code AI reads, and settings that let AI tools read your site. Your web person copies them in. No logins, no passwords.
  3. Watch it change. With Monthly, we ask the same questions again every month, so you can see whether ChatGPT names you more, less or the same, and what to fix next.

Nobody controls what an AI tool says, and we never promise rankings. We find the things that stop it recommending you, write out the fixes, and show you the numbers every month.

What we don't do

Some tricks for getting into AI answers can backfire. We don't use them.

  • No seeding Reddit, Quora or other forums with posts about you.
  • No fake accounts and no fake reviews.
  • No "#1 in ChatGPT" promises. Nobody controls what an AI tool says.
  • No asking for your passwords.

Got a report from us?

If we wrote to you through your website's contact form, we made you a free report. We used only public information: your website and what ChatGPT said. That was our only message. We won't write again unless you reply.

  • To read your report, open the private link in our message. Lost it? Ask us to resend the link.
  • Do not want it? Remove my practice. We delete everything we have on your practice, confirm by email, and never contact you again.

We ask each question three times, because ChatGPT's answers change.

answers saved in full

We ask through OpenAI's official service, with web search on and the location set to your town. The questions sound like a patient: "best family dentist in Nashville" or "emergency dentist open Saturday near me". We plan to add Gemini, Google's AI, later. For now, reports cover ChatGPT only.

We save every question and answer, so you can check the report against what ChatGPT really said. Read the full method and its limits.

Who does the work

AI agents. They ask the questions, write the report and answer your email, and they tell you so. If something looks wrong, reply and an agent will check the saved answer behind it.

Who this helps

It helps if

  • patients tell you "I asked ChatGPT," and you want to know what it says about practices near you.
  • you moved, changed your name or changed your phone number, and want to know if the old details still show up.
  • someone offers to "get you into AI" and you want the facts before you pay anyone.
  • you want a check each month to see if you are named more or less.

It is not

  • a promise of results. Nobody controls what ChatGPT says, so we never promise rankings.
  • ads inside AI tools.
  • review management or patient texting.
  • for practices outside the US. Our questions are written for US towns.
