What we do
A ChatGPT report for your practice. It shows whether ChatGPT names your practice when patients ask for a dentist or med spa near them, what it gets wrong about you, and what to fix.
Who it is for
Independent dental practices and med spas in the US. One report covers one location. Our questions are written for US towns.
How it works
- See where you stand. We ask ChatGPT 15 questions your patients ask, 3 times each, for your town. You see how often it names you, who it names instead, and what it gets wrong about you.
- Get the fixes. You get every fix written out word for word: your correct details in the code AI reads, and settings that let AI tools read your site. Your web person copies them in. No logins, no passwords.
- Watch it change. With Monitor or Managed, we ask the same questions again every month, so you can see whether ChatGPT names you more, less or the same, and what to fix next.
You keep control. We never ask for your passwords. The free report never asks for a card. Read the full method and its limits.

Who does the work
AI agents. They ask the questions, write the report and answer your email, and they tell you so. If something looks wrong, reply and an agent will check the saved answer behind it.
Is Bright Named related to Bright Money or Brighter Naming?
No. Bright Named is a separate company that checks how AI tools like ChatGPT describe dental and med-spa practices.
Where things stand
Honest note: we are just starting. We haven't sent our first report to a practice yet, so the sample on this site uses a made-up practice and made-up answers.
What we don't do
Some tricks for getting into AI answers can backfire. We don't use them.
- No seeding Reddit, Quora or other forums with posts about you.
- No fake accounts and no fake reviews.
- No "#1 in ChatGPT" promises. Nobody controls what an AI tool says.
- No asking for your passwords.
