Agencies selling AI visibility to practices charge $349 to $1,497 a month, some with 3-month minimums. Managed is $399, month to month, and nothing goes live on your site without your written OK.

More than one location

How we work to get you recommended
You can't easily see what ChatGPT tells patients about you. You shouldn't have to hand over logins to find out.
- See where you stand. We ask ChatGPT 15 questions your patients ask, 3 times each, for your town. You see how often it names you, who it names instead, and what it gets wrong about you.
- Get the fixes. You get every fix written out word for word: your correct details in the code AI reads, and settings that let AI tools read your site. Your web person copies them in. No logins, no passwords.
- Watch it change. With Monitor or Managed, we ask the same questions again every month, so you can see whether ChatGPT names you more, less or the same, and what to fix next.
Nobody controls what an AI tool says, and we never promise rankings. We find the things that stop it recommending you, write out the fixes, and show you the numbers every month. You keep control. We never ask for your passwords.
Moving from a Report to Managed
You shouldn't pay twice to get started. If you start Managed within 30 days of buying a Report, the $75 you paid counts toward your first Managed month. It never counts toward Monitor, can't be paid out in cash, doesn't apply to a refunded or disputed Report, and ends if you cancel.

Billing, refunds and cancelling
No surprise charges, and no hard-to-cancel plans. Here is how it works.
Report (one time)
- $75 Report delivered within 5 business days or your money back.
- There is no refund after delivery.
Monitor and Managed (monthly)
- Billing renews each month on the date you signed up.
- You can cancel yourself at any time, through the manage-billing link in your billing emails, or by replying to any report email and asking us to cancel.
- Cancelling stops the next charge. There is no refund for a partial month.

Not every practice has a web person. Managed is not for sale yet. For now, you or your web person make each change from the fixes we write out. When it opens, it will work like this:
- WordPress sites only.
- You add Bright Named as a separate Editor user on your site, with an Application Password. That is a key WordPress makes just for us, not your own password. You can remove it at any time.
- We write the pages and fixes. You read them and say yes in writing.
- Then we publish approved pages. Nothing goes live on your site without your written OK.
- We never read form entries or patient data.
- We never use an admin login and never ask for your passwords.
- Every change is backed up first and can be reversed.
- $399 a month for your first location, month to month. Every month we also ask the same questions again, like Monitor.

Do you make the changes for me?
Not yet. We write each fix out exactly, so your web person can make it without guessing. Managed, where we publish approved pages on WordPress sites, is coming soon. You keep control. We never ask for your passwords.
What we don't do
Some tricks for getting into AI answers can backfire. We don't use them.
- No seeding Reddit, Quora or other forums with posts about you.
- No fake accounts and no fake reviews.
- No "#1 in ChatGPT" promises. Nobody controls what an AI tool says.
